As you know Coordinators are the everyday users, they can see a limited number of vapps and events, basically only those that are assigned to them.
They cannot create VAPPS hence they have to request it.
Coordinators will proceed to vapps in dashboard and click on create new (VAPPS >: Create New)
They can only select status "Request"
The requested VAPPS are shown in the list views but they cannot be printed
A moderator or admin has to change the status to approve before the coordinator can print them.
