Occasionally there is a need to resend an IPN (Instant Payment Notification) from Paypal for a particular transaction. In this guide, we will show you how you can do this.

Step 1

Log in to your Paypal account.

Step 2

Under the “My Account” tab, hover over “History” and click on “IPN History”.

Step 3

If you cannot see the transaction you want, use the search to display the dates required.

Step 4

Select the transaction(s) required by clicking the check box to the left it.

Step 5

Click on “Resend Selected”.

If the option to view “IPN History” is not available, you may need to enable Instant Payment Notifications.

Please contact support stating that you need IPN setup on your paypal account and providing login details for your paypal account
